Q-State Biosciences – Cambridge, MA

Sorensen Partners was Architect for Cambridge, MA-based Q-State Biosciences’ facility upgrades to quickly and efficiently adapt to new business needs and regulatory conditions.

Q-State’s facility is a robust timber-frame masonry bearing wall building with an open floor plan. Sorensen Partners designed facility modifications to create new biosafety level 2 (BL-2) labs and staff areas.

Key Construction Solution, Inc. (Key-CSI) was contractor for our work with Q-State. Sorensen Partners and Key-CSI’s PM and sub-contractor team are experienced and responsive in undertaking facility changes in a just-in-time manner to keep pace and spend in line with Q-State’s business objectives.
