Sorensen Partners | Architects + Planners, Inc. was Architect for an envelope upgrade at Boston Housing Authority’s Washington Street Apartments in Brighton, MA, an 82-unit elderly and disabled development.

Our design work included replacement of all windows and the majority of exterior doors and frames; as well as re-roofing of two roof terraces and refurbishment of existing art deco style aluminum railings. Brick restoration and lintel replacement were also included in the project scope. Gale Associates and Simpson, Gumpertz & Heger were our structural sub-consultants.
