Sorensen Partners was Architect for the replacement and repair of exterior and interior doors and door frames, hardware, and lintels at Boston Housing Authority‘s Commonwealth Development in Boston, MA. Sorensen Partners managed the professional team of Structural Engineer Consulting Structural Engineer; Electrical Engineer BLW Engineers; Hardware Consultant; and Hazardous Materials Consultant UEC. Lambrian Construction is the general contractor. The $1.7M project was designed in 2019-2020 and the construction time period is 2020-2021. Subcontractors include Folan Waterproofing & Construction Co., Inc. for masonry and sealants; Dandis Contracting, a WBE, for painting; Eddy’s Construction for carpentry; Needham Certified Welding; and NG Environmental for demolition. Kamco Supply Corp supplied the doors, frames, and hardware.
